Rabindranath Tagore PU College Belgaum was established in the year 2016 with the motto of serving the students community. The main aim was to train the students for National level competitive exams like NEET/JEE, CET, Comed-K and other competitive exam and also to develop overall personality of the students. In a span of four years, 75% of students of Rabindranath Tagore PU College Belgaum have cracked NEET and 84% have qualified in JEE so far. The efficient results in academics and sports portray the functionality of the trust. This college is one among the top & best PU colleges in Belgaum.

Introduction of Principal:

To shape the destiny of the college, an acclaimed academician and renowned academic consultant Dr. C. N. Naikar holds the reins of the college as the principal. Dr.C.N.Naikar was the principal of KLE society’s RLS college & he was life member of KLE Society for 8 years. Many of his students have secured ranks at PUC & CET examinations.

He has chemistry teaching experience of 32 years. He is resource person for Doordarshan programme “VIKASANA” a CET training programme. He has published text book of chemistry for both PUC I & II. He has impressed the students, parents, management and the general public with his more than three decades of outstanding service in the field of education.

Rabindranath Tagore PU College was established with the motto of serving the students community. This motto has been fulfilled by the results of PUC- Science 96% and Commerce 97.5%. We are proud to announce that 75% of students have cracked NEET and 84% have qualified in JEE so far.
